Are you a strategic leader in the Dermatology / Derma-Cosmetics space looking to drive end-to-end P&L;, establish high-margin brands, and lead accelerated market growth?
We are seeking an ambitious, result-oriented professional to lead the Sales & Marketing function for our Derma-Cosmetic Division based out of Mumbai .
Key Position Overview Role: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Derma-Cosmetic Location: Mumbai (On-site) Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Budget: Up to ₹40 LPA Ownership: Full P&L; Responsibility (Top-line & Profit Objectives)
Key Responsibilities P&L; Leadership: Drive both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability for the division. Brand Strategy & Launches: Execute effective, cutting-edge brand launches and identify new business avenues. Commercial Machinery: Maximize sales force effectiveness, field execution, and strategic marketing levers. KOL Development: Build, nurture,



and leverage strategic relationships with top-tier Dermatologists and Cosmetologists nationwide. Autonomy & Innovation: Exercise high decision-making freedom to build unique portfolios and scale existing brands.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Must-Have Criteria: 15+ Years overall experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing. Minimum 5+ Years dedicated experience in Dermatology / Derma-Cosmetics within a reputed organization. Dual Functional Exposure: Must be either a National Sales Head with marketing exposure OR a Marketing Head with frontline sales management experience. P&L; Track Record: Proven experience driving direct P&L; for a business unit or major brand portfolio. KOL Network: Strong, active relationships with key opinion leaders in Dermatology. Competencies: Strong leadership, independent strategic thinking, and a result-driven mindset.
