Position Responsibilities

The role will involve the following critical activities:

Plan, prioritize, allocate, and monitor the Expense Accounting calendar across recurring and ad hoc deliverables, ensuring competing priorities are effectively managed while meeting deadlines, SLAs, quality standards,



and maintaining appropriate backup coverage.
Team leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate analysts and senior analysts, including workload allocation, training, onboarding, cross-training, performance feedback, and knowledge management.
Review and quality control: Perform risk-based review of critical and high-risk activities, including vendor banking changes, SSI callbacks, payrun support, vendor payments, fund reimbursements, cash movements, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and regulatory schedules.
Accounting oversight: Ensure deliverables are consistent with accounting principles, client policies, approval requirements, internal controls, and the expected financial statement impact for expenses, AP/AR, cash, accruals, prepaids, and allocations.
Stakeholder management: Act as a primary LineData contact for Expense Accounting, Fund Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Treasury/Cash Manage
