Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and workers, monitoring progress against schedules, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards, and supporting effective resource allocation. The Site Supervisor will track site materials, maintain daily logs,



implement safety procedures, and report site status to project managers and other stakeholders. This position also requires resolving site-level issues, conducting basic inspections, and supporting timely completion of project milestones while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong site management skills, including supervision of workers, coordination with subcontractors, and monitoring daily construction activities.
