Role Description The Representative role at Anvistar ITS Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Representative will interact with prospective and current learners and corporate clients, provide information about training programs and services, and support enrollment and onboarding processes. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with trainers and the operations team, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.



The role also involves assisting with basic administrative tasks, following up on leads, and supporting promotional activities related to software development training and internships.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with students, professionals, and corporate clients.
Customer service and relationship management abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term client trust.
Basic administrative and organizational skills, such as record-keeping, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.
Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools, and online communication platforms.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced training and IT environment.
