Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer with robust expertise in Nerdio Manager for Enterprise (NME) to design, deploy, manage, and optimize virtual desktop environments in Microsoft Azure.



The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AVD infrastructure, Azure administration, automation, security, monitoring, and cost optimization using Nerdio.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Virtual Desktop Administration

Design, deploy, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

Create and manage host pools, application groups, workspaces, and session hosts.

Perform image management and golden image creation for AVD environments.

Troubleshoot user connectivity, performance, and application-related issues.

Manage FSLogix profiles and profile containers.

Nerdio Manager Administration

Deploy and configure Nerdio Manager for Enterprise (NME).

Configure autoscaling policies to optimize Azure infrastructure costs.

Automate provisioning, image updates, host deployment, and maintenance schedules.

Monitor AVD resources through Nerdio dashboards and reporting tools.

Manage RBAC and delegated administration through Nerdio.
