Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Adventra’s adventure gear and apparel in the assigned region. This role involves managing key accounts, building strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, and identifying new business opportunities.



The Regional Sales Manager will plan and execute regional sales strategies, track performance against targets, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring the regional sales team, conducting market and competitor analysis, coordinating with marketing and product teams on regional promotions, and ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation. The role also requires frequent field visits, participation in events or trade shows, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize pricing, inventory, and channel performance.

Proven experience in regional or territory sales management in consumer goods, sports, outdoor, or apparel sectors, with a robust record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
