Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our digital lead-generation campaigns, with a solid focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, lead-generation funnels, and performance analytics. This role requires someone who can go beyond campaign execution and take ownership of the numbers from lead generation to lead quality and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business and admissions objectives.
Manage complete campaign funnels: Audience → Ad → Lead.
Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
Monitor and optimise key metrics including CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, Lead Quality, Conversion Rate and ROAS.
Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve lead quality.




Manage daily/weekly/monthly campaign budgets and pacing.
Build and refine audiences using interest, demographic, behavioural, lookalike and retargeting strategies.
Work closely with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Identify which creatives, hooks, audiences and offers are driving the best results.
Track campaign performance through Meta Ads Manager, Pixel/Events and relevant analytics tools.
Coordinate with the sales/admissions team to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
Prepare regular performance reports, insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, advertising trends, new campaign formats and industry best practices.
Take ownership of campaign performance and proactively troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
