Role Description The Modular Furniture Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete production process for modular furniture, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves coordinating with design teams, suppliers, and workshop staff to translate drawings and concepts into finished products. Daily tasks include planning production schedules, managing material requirements, supervising fabrication and assembly,



and monitoring quality standards at each stage. The role also includes optimizing workflow, enforcing safety and maintenance protocols, resolving production issues, and maintaining accurate records of output, costs, and timelines. The Production Manager will collaborate closely with project managers to align production with client requirements and installation schedules.
Qualifications
Robust knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes, materials (e.g., plywood, MDF, hardware), and modern production techniques.
Experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation within a furniture or interior manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using design/production tools (such as AutoCAD or similar software) for furniture layouts.
Sound understanding of quality control practices, inspection methods, and standards for finish,
