Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mine Surveyor role based in Kulti. The Mine Surveyor will conduct field surveys to measure and map mine workings, boundaries, and geological features using instruments such as total stations and GPS equipment. Daily responsibilities include collecting and validating survey data, preparing accurate plans, sections, and mine layout drawings,



and updating records to reflect ongoing development and production activities. The role involves working closely with mine planning and operations teams to provide data for excavation, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Mine Surveyor will also help maintain survey instruments, follow established safety protocols, and support periodic reporting and documentation.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Land Surveying and Surveying techniques, with experience in mining environments.
Hands-on experience using Total Station instruments for precise measurement and mapping.
Ability to work with Trimble GPS or similar GPS-based surveying systems for field data collection.
Knowledge of coal mining operations, including underground or open-cast layouts, safety considerations, and regulatory standards.
Relevant diploma or degree in Mining Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related technical field.
