Role Description The Optometrist will work full time on-site in the Pune District, providing comprehensive eye examinations and vision consultations to customers. Responsibilities include conducting refractions, assessing visual acuity, recommending appropriate lenses or frames, and guiding customers on contact lens use and eye care best practices.



The Optometrist will maintain accurate clinical records, ensure adherence to professional and safety standards, and support store teams in delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role also involves educating customers on eye health, collaborating with sales staff to ensure correct prescriptions are dispensed, and using diagnostic equipment and digital tools as part of daily practice. The Optometrist is expected to contribute to a welcoming environment, support operational efficiency, and participate in ongoing training and updates on clinical and product developments.
Qualifications

Relevant optometry qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s in Optometry) and valid registration or eligibility as per local regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated proficiency in conducting eye examinations, refractions, and contact lens fittings using standard diagnostic instruments and tools.
