Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Ranchi. The Content Creator will research topics related to the creator economy, social media, and influencer culture, and develop original stories, articles, and multimedia content that fit SigmaStory’s editorial voice.

Daily responsibilities include brainstorming content ideas, scripting and producing short-form video or audio, drafting social media posts, and collaborating with editors and designers to refine content.

The role involves monitoring industry trends, engaging with online communities, and optimizing content for digital platforms and SEO.



The Content Creator will also track performance metrics and use insights to refine future content.

Qualifications
Interested in content creation, YouTube, and social media
Strong content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and basic scriptwriting for digital formats.
Experience producing digital media content such as articles, social posts, short videos, or podcasts.
Familiarity with social media platforms, creator economy trends, and influencer marketing.
Basic understanding of SEO, audience engagement, and analytics tools for content performance tracking.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
