Role Description This is an in office Real Estate Sales Associate role based in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Sales Associate will engage with prospective homebuyers and investors, conduct property consultations, and present suitable residential and commercial options from MoneyTree Realty’s portfolio.



Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, organizing site visits, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and supporting clients through the booking and documentation process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, staying updated on local market trends, and participating in sales events or promotional activities. The Sales Associate will work closely with senior advisors and management to achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering a high-quality, ethical customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional presentations and property consultations.
Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience or interest in real estate transactions and meeting revenue or target-based goals.
