Role Description The Placement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves coordinating and managing placement activities for learners, including identifying suitable job opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, and scheduling interviews. The Placement Specialist will guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and professional communication,



while tracking placement outcomes and preparing regular reports. The position also includes collaborating with training teams to align student skill development with market requirements and organizing placement drives, employer sessions, and career-focused events.
