Job Summary:
The Delivery Manager will oversee and ensure effective and effective placement of healthcare professionals into suitable roles within healthcare facilities. The role involves leading and mentoring teams,



managing client and candidate relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate the bookings team to achieve individual and team targets.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Client Interaction: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Candidate Interaction: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their preferences, availability, and career goals.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients or candidates promptly and professionally.
