Roles & Responsibilities


- Supervise day -to -day construction activities at the residential apartment site.

- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per the schedule.

- Review technical drawings and resolve on -site technical issues.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.

- Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills.

- Monitor material usage and maintain material reconciliation records.

- Coordinate civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.

- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of site activities.

- Attend site meetings and report updates to project management.

- Ensure proper handover of completed units as per project standards.
