- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of top talent through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up -to -date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick -paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful with a problem -solving mindset.
