We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This entry -level role is ideal for fresh graduates (BBA/BCom) who are eager to start their career in recruitment and human resources. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the end -to -end hiring process across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media)
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable profiles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
- Support HR team in organizing career fairs, campus drives, and hiring events
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Help maintain hiring -related reports and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (BCom)
- Strong interest in human resources and recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail -oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Ability to work in a fast -paced and collaborative environment
