Requirements

Requirements

· 4+ years of experience in Tableau development with Strong Dashboarding experience.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal
skills and should be able to handle stakeholders and drive the dashboarding
initiative.

· Proven experience in technical leadership with good
technical delivery skills.

· Producing support documentation and keeping existing
documentation up to date.

· Proven experience in coordination with Business
executives to identify requirements, KPIs and produce visualizations.

· Proven experience in planning, design, estimation,
coordination with offshore, reviews, building, and implementation of
dashboards.

· Proven experience in data analysis.

· Proven experience in working with data from any domain
preferably with Annuities and Investment accounting data.

· Experience in visualization development.

· Experience with other BI tools (Business Objects or Power BI is
preferred).

· Solid RDMS experience and data modeling and advanced
querying skills.

· Experience working with a data warehouse and/or
analytics team.

· Valuable to have working knowledge of Tableau
administration/architecture.

· Strong ability to extract information by questioning,
active listening, and interviewing.

· Awareness of agile/iterative approaches.

· A strong understanding of SDLC process is needed.

· Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.

· Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create
clear requirements, specifications, and documentation.

· Strong ability to communicate and embed information,
business process, and system -wide changes to a technical and non -technical
audience.

· Ability to work on own initiative within agreed
boundaries.

· Flexible and adaptable.

· Strong sense of teamwork and ability to both lead and
execute work.

· Experience with Agile projects is preferred.

· Good documentation skill is needed.

· Experience using JIRA / Confluence is needed.
