Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end test matrices covering functional flows, edge cases, and risk-based priorities for Windows and macOS clients.

- Design network topologies (VLANs, multicast domains) to emulate real world scenarios used in stadium, touring-venue, and broadcast environments etc.

- Assemble and manage multi-device test racks comprising Shure transmitters/receivers, network switches, and audio consoles .

- Present weekly quality metrics including defect density, resolution velocity, and test coverage to product leadership and recommend risk-mitigation actions

- Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems

- Provides technical recommendations for next generation initiatives

- Designs, develops, and implements test plans, and test cases/scripts for complete and complex frameworks, systems, and products

- Tests advanced software systems to ensure compliance with system specifications and system interoperability

- Identifies, analyzes and resolves software issues

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Drive post-release retrospectives to identify coverage gaps, refine test patterns, and share learnings across the QA organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineering or related discipline.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience

- Uses skills as a professional in systems development and testing of software products

- Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of complex systems

- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for difficult assignments and of diverse scope

- Experience with C, C++, python, java script, HTML, SQL, and other scripting languages
