Job Title: Gym Trainer / Fitness Instructor

Salary: 15,000 20,000 / month (plus incentives and PT)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, qualified, and client-focused Gym Trainer to join our fitness facility in Banjara Hills. As a Gym Trainer, you will guide members through safe and effective workouts, help them set personal fitness goals, maintain high gym hygiene standards, and foster a positive, motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities

Member Guidance: Instruct members on proper posture, exercise techniques, and equipment usage to ensure safety and prevent injury.

Personalized Fitness Plans: Design customized fitness and workout routines aligned with member goals (weight loss, muscle gain, stamina, general fitness).

Floor Management: Maintain an active presence on the gym floor, offer proactive assistance, and address member queries.

Gym & Equipment Upkeep: Ensure all workout areas, weights, and machines are organized, clean, and functioning properly throughout the day.

Member Retention & Engagement: Build rapport with members,



keep them motivated, and encourage regular attendance.

Qualifications & Skills

Certification: CPR/AED certification required. Fitness/Personal Training certification (ACE, Gold's Gym, K11, ACSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer in a commercial gym setting.

Communication: Good communication skills in English and Hindi or Telugu to interact effectively with Banjara Hills clientele.

Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of human anatomy, functional training, weight management, and basic nutrition principles.

Attributes: Punctual, physically fit, professional demeanor, and a passionate attitude toward fitness.
