Knock Knock Doors is looking for a Sales Executive to handle digital leads and convert them into confirmed orders. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining door solutions, preparing quotations, and guiding customers through the purchase process.
The role requires consultative selling, where the salesperson understands the customers need and recommends the most suitable door solution.
Candidates who enjoy learning product details and explaining them to customers will do well in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to online enquiries from website, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels
- Contact customers to understand requirements and suggest suitable door options
- Learn and explain product features, materials, sizes, and installation requirements
- Prepare quotations based on customer needs
- Invite customers to the showroom and explain product options
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Occasionally visit customer sites for product explanation or measurements (optional)
- Maintain lead tracking and work towards monthly sales targets
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of sales experience in any product category
- Ability to quickly understand product features and explain them clearly to customers
- Solid communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Languages: Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus)
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in selling building materials, interiors, hardware, furniture, windows, doors, or similar products will be an advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience handling walk-in customers or digital leads
- Ability to visit customer sites when required
- Own two-wheeler for occasional travel
