- Lead the Identity Access Management (IAM) team to design, implement, and maintain identity access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for IAM projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SCIM and Azure Active Directory.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or related field.
- Solid understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk, REST APIs, SCIM protocols.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise environments with complex IT infrastructure.
