We are hiring for a Lead/Principal Consultant AI and Data Transformation - Life Sciences (PAN India-Hybrid) to lead enterprise-wide AI, data and digital transformation initiatives for clients in the Life Sciences sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead client engagements focused on AI, Data and Analytics-led business transformation across the Life Sciences sector.
- Work with clients to identify business problems, define AI/Data transformation roadmaps, prioritize high-value use cases and develop business cases.
- Translate business requirements into AI, GenAI and Agentic AI-enabled solutions and drive their adoption across enterprise processes.
- Support the delivery of transformation programs across areas such as asset management, network operations, field services, customer operations, trading and sustainability.




- Manage key client stakeholders and bridge business and technical teams to operationalize AI/Data solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Drive program/product management, governance, PMO and delivery assurance activities for large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to RFP responses, proactive client pitches, PoVs and consulting offerings.
- Develop executive-level narratives, data-driven insights and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
- Support practice growth through client meetings, solution development and thought leadership.
- Travel to client locations in India/global locations as required and work from office/client location at least 3 days per week.
