About the Role

Makico Ventures is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and leadership-focused Gym Manager to oversee daily operations, trainer performance, and revenue generation at Atmos Fitness in Banjara Hills.

As the Gym Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing floor operations, leading the training team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all gym members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Drive new membership sales, personal training sales, and package renewals to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Lead marketing outreach, prospective lead follow-ups, walk-in conversions, and member referral drives.
- Strategize promotional campaigns and membership offers in coordination with company management.

2. Trainer & Staff Management

- Manage, mentor, and evaluate gym trainers and front-desk staff to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular floor checks to ensure trainers are engaging members actively, enforcing safety protocols, and delivering proper guidance.
- Plan staff rosters, assign floor shifts, track attendance, and drive trainer performance for personal training conversions.

Facility Operations & Member Experience

- Oversee day-to-day gym operations to ensure clean, hygienic, and smooth-running facilities.
- Inspect gym equipment regularly and coordinate swift maintenance or repairs when needed.
- Address member queries, feedback, and complaints promptly to maintain high retention rates and member satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 24 years of experience in gym management, fitness center operations, or sales management within the fitness/hospitality industry.
- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to hit sales targets, close leads, and drive business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities with experience leading gym trainers and support staff.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or Telugu.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with gym management software, Excel, POS systems, and CRM tools.
