Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for a growing technology-driven startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closures.
- Hire engineering and product talent across Embedded, Robotics, Aerospace, Defense Tech, Mechanical and Software domains.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring and specialized communities.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, leave and attendance.
- Handle HR compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH and employee documentation.
- Implement scalable HR processes, policies and HRMS systems as the organization grows.
- Drive employee engagement, performance reviews and retention initiatives.
- Support founders with organization design, compensation benchmarking and people strategy.




- Manage hiring of R&D; engineers, scientists and researchers where required.

Required Skills

- 5–9 years of HR experience with solid Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist/HR Operations exposure.
- Proven experience hiring for product-based technology companies.
- Experience in Deep Tech, Defense Tech, Aerospace, Space Tech, Robotics or R&D; environments is preferred.
- Startup scaling experience, preferably Seed to Series B.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior technical candidates and founders.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS tools.
- MBA in HR is mandatory.

Preferred: Experience hiring scientists, researchers and specialized R&D; engineering talent.
