Role & responsibilities

- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards and processes.
- Sales & Targets: Drive sales performance and achieve store revenue, conversion, productivity, and other business targets.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, train, and monitor the store team to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising, product displays, store ambience, and brand guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, inward/outward movement, replenishment, stock accuracy, and minimize shrinkage.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and statutory requirements while maintaining timely MIS and store reports.
