Data Science & Machine Learning

- Strong experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Excellent hands-on programming experience in Python.
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling, feature engineering and model evaluation.

Generative AI & LLM

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience building enterprise LLM-based applications.
- Robust understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with RAG architecture.
- Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma or equivalent.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent.
- Understanding of fine-tuning, model evaluation, hallucination reduction and guardrails.
- Exposure to Agentic AI / AI Agents will be advantageous.

Cloud & MLOps

- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP.




- Experience deploying ML and GenAI solutions on cloud.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / SageMaker / Google Vertex AI.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD for ML workloads.
- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps, model monitoring and lifecycle management.

Leadership Requirements

- Experience managing and mentoring Data Science / AI / ML teams.
- Ability to provide technical direction and architectural guidance.
- Strong stakeholder and client-management capabilities.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Experience managing multiple AI/ML projects and delivery timelines.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and communicate complex AI concepts in business terms.
