We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technologies and domains.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates till onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT.
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS data.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in contract/permanent staffing.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
