- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records of inwards and outwards transactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Implement effective storekeeping practices, including FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out) methods for material control.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations regarding storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous waste.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in a similar role within the Hospital, diagnostics, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Solid understanding of GRN (Goods Received Note), INWARD (Inward), Stock Control Systems, Stores Management principles.
- Proficiency in managing inventory using various software such as Microsoft dynamics or similar tools.
