Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Urology OPD consultations and manage IPD patients
- Independently perform Laparoscopic Urology and Endourology procedures
- Manage urological emergencies and elective surgical cases
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cystoscopy, TURP, URS, PCNL, DJ stenting, and other endourological procedures as per expertise
- Evaluate and manage kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract diseases, and mal_e urological conditions
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operative records
- Collaborate with Anaesthesia, ICU, Radiology, and other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care
