- Plan villas, residences, clubhouses and commercial projects from concept to completion.
- Develop site plans, space plans, architectural concepts and layouts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, working and construction drawings.
- Develop 3D models, views and presentations for client approvals.
- Design interiors including furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, ceilings, flooring, lighting and finishes.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, contractors and vendors.
- Select materials, finishes and fixtures.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution, ensuring quality and design compliance.
- Resolve design and site issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback.
- Guide junior architects/designers and review their work
