Role Overview

As a MEP - Corporate Fit out at JLL, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit out projects. Your role will be crucial in translating client visions into reality, ensuring exceptional quality, sustainability, and value throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex fitout projects for diverse clients
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Implement sustainable fitout practices aligned with JLL's ESG goals and client requirements
- Manage client relationships, ensuring transparent communication and expectation alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, finance) to ensure integrated project delivery
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage change control processes and assess impact of variations on scope, schedule, and budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,



building codes, and quality standards
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in commercial fitout project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and fitout processes
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD/BIM tools
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills
- Experience with sustainable design and construction practices
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, WELL AP) preferred
