Job Summary

This role provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases, under general supervision. Looking for a Smart/ strong developer who has ability to leverage AI tools (Claude) for solution development, problem-solving, code review, debugging, and optimization using any language - Python / Java / TypeScript / Angular. (Solid coding skills needed).

Role Summary

This role provides intermediate-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases and supports backend performance optimization, data integration, documentation, and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

- Provides intermediate level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases. Integrates third party products.
- Translates technical specifications into code for moderately complex new or enhancement projects for internal clients. Writes programs, develops code, tests artifacts, and produces reports. Employs software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that support automation.
- Develop AI-powered applications, dashboards, build process.
- Work with GenAI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI agents.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude for code generation, code review, debugging,



and solution design.
- Collaborate with Product, SRE, Environment, Rapid Response, and other engineering teams.
- Analyze issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation independently.
- Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor s in Computer Applications (BCA).
- Experience building AI dashboards and operational monitoring systems
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and AI-driven automation.
- DevOps exposure and cloud-native application development.
- Understanding of system observability and error-monitoring solutions.
- Ability to understand business problems and recommend suitable AI-based solutions.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams
- Analytical thinking and self-driven ownership.
