- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in C2C and full time recruiting or staffing industry.
- Robust understanding of healthcare/medical devices & equipment industry trends and terminology (desirable).
- Proven track record in sourcing C2C contractors/consultants or permanent employees through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Experience working with clients across different time zones (US-based) with excellent communication skills.
