Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes based on job requirements

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates only.

Any Graduate (2025 & 2026 pass-outs).

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Positive communication skills in English.

Passionate about building a career in HR Recruitment.

Compensation

Freshers: 13,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives.

Candidates with HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Internship Experience: 15,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives.

Important

This is a Work From Office role based in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

Candidates should be comfortable making recruitment calls and coordinating interviews throughout the day.
