Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic MBA Marketing freshers to join our Hospital Marketing Department. The role involves supporting the marketing team in field activities, coordinating with doctors and referral sources, promoting hospital services, and assisting in developing the hospital's outreach and patient referral network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Hospital Marketing team in daily field and marketing activities.
- Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, corporate offices, and other referral sources as assigned.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, facilities, health packages, and other initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding marketing-related activities and requirements.
- Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, medical events, and outreach activities.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information and report it to the Marketing Manager.
- Maintain regular visit reports and update daily field activity.
- Follow up with referral sources and support patient referral activities.
- Coordinate with the hospital's marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly field activity targets.
Candidate Profile
- MBA/MBA Marketing – Freshers are preferred.
- Male candidates preferred for field marketing responsibilities.
- Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad as part of the job.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Positive convincing, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and interest in healthcare marketing will be preferred.
