Job Description Senior ServiceNow Developer:

- Design, develop, and customize enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, Legal, Facilities, SPM, CMDB, and the Employee Service Center (ESC) Portal
- Architect end-to-end custom applications, automated workflows, and Catalog Items using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal widgets
- Build, maintain, and optimize robust integrations with third-party systems (Active Directory, Workday, Okta) using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
- Author and maintain complex server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies




- Lead technical changes for family release upgrades and perform automated progression/regression testing via Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and database query optimization to ensure high platform responsiveness
- Build custom Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics to track operational KPIs
- Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to mid-level developers within an Agile environment

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-8+ years of hands-on technical experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise or managed service environments
- Advanced technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
- Deep experience with ITSM, HRSD, Employee Service Center (ESC) Portal, CMDB configuration, and CSDM principles
- Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and managed service SLA models
- ServiceNow Certifications preferred: CSA (System Administrator), CAD (Application Developer), or CIS (ITSM/HRSD/SPM)
