Role Description This is a full-time, remote role within the Founder’s office, focused on Talent Acquisition. The individual will partner closely with the founder to understand hiring needs across Break Into VC™ and its network, design role profiles, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.



Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and engaging candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a robust candidate experience. The role also involves developing talent pipelines for VC, PE, and related ecosystem roles, collaborating with partner funds on hiring mandates, and maintaining recruitment dashboards and metrics. The person will contribute to improving hiring strategies, employer branding initiatives, and community-driven talent programs.

Qualifications
Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end hiring process management.
Stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with founders, hiring partners, and candidates.
