About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and take complete ownership of the company's digital marketing strategy, lead generation, online presence, and marketing performance.
The ideal candidate must have robust hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM automation, funnels, lead generation, analytics, and performance marketing, along with proven experience managing a digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage digital marketing activities across multiple business verticals and brands.
Identify new digital channels, trends, tools, and growth opportunities.




Develop strategies to improve online visibility, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
2. Team Management
Lead, manage, mentor, and monitor the digital marketing team.
Assign responsibilities, targets, and deadlines to team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability.
Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of campaigns and deliverables.
Train team members on new digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.
3. Google Ads & Paid Marketing
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve campaign performance.
