We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technology services practitioner to support core infrastructure and application operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience Mainframe z/OS platforms in support of COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, VSAM, SQL, and supporting/ troubleshooting batch processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor mainframe batch processing operations. Troubleshoot and resolve batch job failures (abends). Accurately document resolution steps and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional support teams as needed.
