Role Description The Solar Site Engineer is a full time, in office role based in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for supervising and executing solar EPC site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems, HT/LT yards, and associated HT lines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring construction quality,



and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines. The engineer will conduct site surveys, maintain project documentation, report progress to project managers, and support troubleshooting during installation and commissioning. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant electrical and solar industry codes and standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, HT/LT yard equipment, and HT transmission line construction and operation.
Experience with site supervision, project execution, and quality control for EPC projects in the power or renewable energy sector.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with electrical safety practices, relevant codes, and regulatory standards for solar and transmission projects.
Effective communication, team coordination, and reporting skill
