About the RoleSHREEV LIVINGS is looking for a smart, organized, responsible, and confident Personal Assistant to support management in day-to-day business activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good follow-up ability, strong time management, and the confidence to coordinate with clients, vendors, employees, and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups of management
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal team members
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and important communications
Maintain and organize documents, reports, quotations, and other business records
Prepare meeting notes, task lists, and follow-up reports
Track pending work and ensure timely follow-up with concerned team members
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and business appointments




Assist management in daily administrative and operational activities
Maintain confidentiality of company and business-related information
Follow up on significant tasks, deadlines, payments, meetings, and commitments
Prepare basic Excel reports, presentations, and business documents
Support management in coordinating multiple projects and priorities
Handle other responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Strong WhatsApp, email, and phone communication skills
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Smart, presentable, confident, and professional personality
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Ability to work under pressure and manage multipl
