Position: Process Associate (EV/BV)
Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad
Shift: US NIGHT SHIFT
Experience: 1 year to 4 years
Working Days: 5.5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities
Perform Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EV/BV) for patients accurately and within defined timelines.
Review insurance information, coverage details, co-pays, deductibles, and prior authorization requirements.
Maintain and update patient records in the system with complete accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
1–4 years of experience in EV/BV or similar healthcare process.
Solid understanding of US healthcare insurance terms and workflows.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry skills).
