Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our growth team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering specifications and commercial sales. You will work closely with industrial clients to understand their operational requirements, recommend appropriate pump and blower solutions, and expand our market footprint across key B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities
* Business Development & B2B Sales: Identify, target, and acquire recent B2B client accounts across manufacturing, OEM, packaging, printing, and chemical sectors.
* Technical Consultation: Analyze client requirements,



evaluate system flow rates and pressure parameters, and recommend the optimal Kalbro product solutions (dry/oil-lubricated vacuum pumps, side channel blowers).
* Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Draft technical techno-commercial proposals, engineering specifications, and price quotations tailored to client needs.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with plant managers, procurement teams, and maintenance engineers.
* Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver product presentations, technical specs overviews, and system integration advice to key decision-makers.
* After-Sales Support Collaboration: Coordinate with internal production, design, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor products, and identify new market opportunities.
