POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking remote Performance Marketing Specialists to build, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for international projects.

You will work directly with the Strategy, Creative, and Growth teams to implement performance-driven campaigns,



focusing on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth across digital platforms.

Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
Set up Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and related tracking systems
Analyze ad data, user behavior, and market trends to optimize campaign effectiveness
Develop audience targeting, remarketing funnels, and advertising strategies tailored to specific projects
Conduct A/B testing for ad content, audience segmentation, and landing pages
Collaborate with the Creative & Content teams to develop high-converting campa
