Role description:
Senior hands-on architect who leads discovery, solution design, prioritization, and day-to-day coordination across an AI and automation delivery pod.

Core responsibilities:
Translate business needs into secure, scalable solution designs
Assess initiatives for effort, feasibility, risk, and reuse
Direct engineering work and identify required specialist skills
Lead daily coordination, stakeholder reviews, and solution demonstrations

Must-have skills:
Enterprise AI/automation solution architecture
LLM applications, agents, APIs, and enterprise integrations
Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio and Power Platform
Robust stakeholder communication and delivery leadership
Reliable morning overlap with Eastern Time

Nice-to-have skills:
Claude/Anthropic and MCP experience
Power BI or UiPath knowledge
AI security and governance experience
Manufacturing or industrial-sector experience
