About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Field Marketing who can build high-impact market engagement programs that create relationships, opportunities and measurable business outcomes.
This is not a traditional event-management role.
You will own the strategy and execution of executive engagement, regional activations, account-based programs, leadership experiences and field campaigns — connecting marketing directly with business growth.
Market Strategy → Target Accounts → Engagement → Relationships → Opportunities → Revenue Influence
A Global Growth Role
We are entering an important phase of geographical expansion.
The role will initially be remote, providing the flexibility to work across markets and projects.
Over the next six months, we plan to establish our presence and office in the Middle East,



making this role increasingly global in nature.
The person joining should therefore be comfortable with:
Frequent domestic travel.
International travel as the business expands.
Spending time in the Middle East when required.
Working across different markets and time zones.
Building programs in new geographies.
Operating effectively in a remote environment.
Potentially taking broader regional responsibilities as the organization grows.
We are specifically looking for someone excited by the opportunity to build a function and new markets rather than inherit an already-established playbook.
ESOP & Long-Term Ownership
For the right candidate, this role will include an opportunity to participate in the company's ESOP program, subject to applicable company policies, eligibility, vesting terms and approvals.
