Role Overview:
This role will own and manage all outreach-focused events aimed at strengthening brand visibility, partner engagement, and lead generation across key markets. The incumbent will work closely with the Outreach Team, Schools Team, Channel Partner Team, Internal Marketing & Social Media Team, University Stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver high-quality events that reinforce our brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:




Plan and execute end-to-end outreach events including education exhibitions, conferences, partner events, networking forums, school engagement programs, counsellor meets, Campus Experience Days, and brand activation initiatives.
Develop event concepts, execution plans, timelines, and project trackers for multiple concurrent events.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, universities, agencies, venues, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
Manage event budgets, commercial negotiations, procurement, and vendor onboarding while ensuring optimum cost efficiency.
Lead venue identification, contract negotiations, logistics planning, branding production, fabrication, and on-ground event execution.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand guideline adherence across all event touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to introduce innovative engagement formats and experiential activations.
