About the Role
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Project Manager who can take complete ownership of projects from planning through delivery and closure.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, clients, internal teams, external stakeholders, timelines and dependencies simultaneously without compromising execution quality.
The Project Manager will be the person who ensures that commitments become outcomes.
Plan → Coordinate → Execute → Track → Resolve → Deliver → Close
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Project Ownership
Own assigned projects from kickoff to final closure.
Translate requirements into clear execution plans.
Define timelines, milestones, deliverables and owners.
Maintain detailed project trackers.
Ensure every stakeholder understands responsibilities and deadlines.
Monitor progress continuously instead of waiting for review meetings.




Drive projects toward successful and timely completion.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary coordination point for assigned projects.
Responsibilities include:
Understanding client requirements.
Conducting kickoff and review meetings.
Managing expectations and timelines.
Sharing regular progress updates.
Documenting decisions and action items.
Coordinating approvals.
Following up on dependencies.
Managing changes in scope or requirements.
Maintaining professional relationships with senior stakeholders.
The objective is easy: clients should always know what is happening without having to chase for updates.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with multiple internal teams and external partners.
Coordinate across:
Business | Operations | Marketing | Content | Design | Finance | Vendors | Leadership
Ensure dependencies between teams are clearly identified and completed on schedule.
