About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused PMO professional to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders and operational workstreams.
This role sits at the centre of execution — connecting leadership, internal teams, clients, external stakeholders and vendors to ensure projects move from planning to successful closure.
This is not a role for someone who only maintains trackers. We are looking for someone who takes end-to-end ownership, follows through aggressively, identifies risks early and ensures commitments are delivered.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.
Create detailed project plans, timelines and execution trackers.
Define milestones, dependencies, owners and deadlines.
Conduct regular project reviews with relevant teams.
Identify potential delays and risks before they impact delivery.
Follow up with stakeholders until actions are completed.
Maintain clear visibility across all active projects.
2. Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a central coordination point between internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule and manage project discussions and review meetings.
Document decisions, responsibilities and next steps.
Ensure information reaches the right stakeholder at the right time.
Maintain skilled communication with senior stakeholders.
Track commitments and ensure timely closure.
3. Operations & Execution
Coordinate operational requirements across projects.
Work with internal teams and external vendors.
Maintain project-specific checklists.
Ensure all pre-project and execution-day requirements are completed.
Manage last-mile dependencies and escalations.
Support on-ground execution wherever required.
Ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
